I recently had, well am having, a bad experience with Cingular. I have been trying to help my lil sis out with Capital One and Cingular as Cingular is charging her account for someone else's cell phone. Capital one states that this is not fraud, because it is a monthly charge. Cingular would not give her any information about the account number printed on her bank statement that the funds are being applied because she is not on the Cingular account. Cingular has drafted over $900 from her account. To make matters worse, overdraft fees, NSF fees have exceeded the the $2000 range. I finally tried to talk to people and got no response...

After filing dispute after dispute with Capital One (What can we take from your wallet), and not getting anywhere with Cingular over charges being deducted from her checking account, Mark really pushes me over the edge with his tone and attitude.
How much sense does it take to acknowledge that you are debiting a checking account for a cell phone account that has no relation; you'd think they would try to be a bit helpful. Their attitude in all conversations has been as long as we get paid, we don't care who's account the money comes from!
The Office of the President "Billy" has stated to me that "it is no different if I go take my boss's credit card and pay my bills with it. The bill companies are not to be blamed. Why should they have to suffer financially because of my theft. They got their money, there is no reason for them to repay my boss, nor any reason to interrupt my billing services."
