I ordered a plan and phones from Cingular Wireless - the authorized charge at checkout was $450.00 which I paid with my bank debit card. After ordering I later noticed that my available balance was way down and called the bank. Cingular had put two transactions instead of one.
I called them and followed the banks instructions to resolve problem (have Cingular call them with authorization number and remove hold on account that wasn't authorized). Cingular would not take steps to resolve or provide numbers.
After over three hours on the phone with bank and Cingular in 3 way call Cingular still will not fix the problem and even added an additional charge for a total of $1350 instead of approved $450. I now have fifteen dollars available in my account and cannot seem to get Cingular to resolve problem and have no money available to me. Anybody have any experience with this?
