I purchased a child's ATV from this company and they don't Stand behind their products with the parts warranty, I wrote and ask a question about a switch that was not working, I got an email back from a customer service guy and he said that he had forwarded my request to the tech, of course he never helped with my problem, never even emailed me back, I later wrote back and ask for a parts catalog that had a detailed list of the parts on the ATV, no reply to this neither, I tried to call the phone number that is listed on the web page and it is a cell phone, no answer on it neither, it lets you leave a voice mail and they don't return your call, I wrote back and told them that even though their delivery was fast their customer service sucked, he wrote back with excuses like each time before, I had wrote and told them of the problems that I was having because this thing is junk and actually falling apart, he just told me that he was sorry and that the parts guy was no longer there, never even offered to help me with replacement parts, they also offer an extended warranty for an extra 6 months for 60.00 that is a rip off also, I'm glad now that I didn't waste that 60.00, they don't back their basic 6 month warranty let a lone an extended warranty, and also on your order form they want 20.00 to put a quick plug for charging the battery, and an extra 10.00 for and extra key and remote, that is optional, that is a rip off, they order the ATV from somewhere else, they never actually see your ATV, it comes with the quick plug and the extra remote in the box, at no extra charge, but they try to get the extra money because they know that it will come like that, they are just order takers, and your money takers, they order these things from Farmers branch TX but they won't send a parts catalog or help with any tech questions or stand by the factory warranty on the parts, I looked this address up on the Internet and it is a residential address, this is not a real company, it is a RIP OFF,!!! They claim to care and stand behind their products because they have kids too, but they do all but that, I sent an email to a different ATV place on the Internet and ask for a catalog and they emailed me one, I then wrote solid atv's back and told them that it is pretty bad when someone that I didn't even buy the ATV from helped me out and they wouldn't, I pre warned him in my email that I was going to report them to his local BBB there in Ind and also to usacomplaints.com and he said that maybe that will be of some use to someone, while being polite, he acts like he knows that the place is a big Rip Off but there is nothing that he can do about it or don't seem to care, Don't deal with these people, they offer a little lower price but in the end you will save nothing by the time you have to go buy parts that is supposed to be under warranty that they don't back, RIP OFF'S!!!
