I purchased a 2007 Roketa Fiji 150cc motorscooter from them in April along with a 24 mos extended warranty. I began having ignition problems in July (@1800 mi) I diagnosed the problem myself as a defective coil or CD Ignition module. After repeated attempts to contact them via E-mail, I was told to return the defective parts to them for replacement. This I did, via USPS Certified mail; delivered to them on 8/4. Now I can't get any response from them at all. Phone calls go directly to Voice mail, and E-mail inquiries go unanswered. They won't respond because they do not have any spare parts and do not know even if they can get any spare parts. I want to join a class-action lawsuit against them for fraud (not honoring warranty that was an extra purchase charge).
