In January I switched from Dish network to Direct TV and I was required to send back the equipment, they would provide the boxes by UPS. After a couple of days I only received one box for the regular receiver. I stiil had a PVR and a HD receiver. I called them right away and the moron that I spoke to at the callcenter had no idea what I was talking about. I explained to him that I needed 2 more boxes send out to me so I could return the equipment. Nothing came, so after a week I called again and this time the agent told me that they received everything??? Weird the equipment was still staring at me from the dinner table. Again I explained I needed 2 boxes for the equipment. Again 2 more weeks went by and I checked my bank account and saw that Dish Network charged my account for $449, -. After calling numerous times with Dishnetwork, with the most horrible customer service representatives, I still got nowhwere. I am still waiting for the boxes to arrive so I can have my $ back, in the meantime the NSf charges are piling up. This company is so full of %#$#%^ and they should swith to another call center Never had such RUDE people to talk to. Un$%^#^#$%^ believable
