We purchased a Laptop the day after thanksgiving from Office Depot the day after thanksgiving. There was a $200 rebate on the laptop and the rebate was mailed a week later. I get a letter in the mail on 2/14 about them saying that the rebate could not be processed becuase only one rebate per household. But we sent in only one rebate. We call the 800-number and doesn't get any answers. Am really getting mad.
