I've had essentially the same experience as "M" from New York. I placed an order on 12/2/05, supposedly to ship in 1-3 days. It hadn't arrived for Christmas on 12/21, so I called and left a message. I emailed. No return phone call. Phone number was busy all day 12/22 and 12/23. An email from the same "Julie" of M's complaint.'Sorry, we're backordered, you can cancel if you want'.
I cancelled. No response since then, but my credit card was charged on 12/6/05. At best this operation is incompetent, at worst criminal. I have contacted the State of Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affair. FedEx does not have them on their list of contracted companies either, even though they claim to use FedEx Ground.
Do not order from this company.
