I bought $32 worth one time and the web site froze in the process of transferring funds.
Next day, it showed unpaid tickets and when I paid again, it was a different bank/company taking care of the funds transfer.
Next day the original payment that did not go through the first time was out of my account, and so was the second payment that went through the second time.
I E-mailed the company 10 times to complaint and to request a refund of the first $32 that didn't go through but was taken out of my account anyway, but they never answered me, there are no phone numbers, and I lost my $32.
They seem legitimate, but there is Zero customer service, and any company with non-existent customer service is either fraudulent or they just don't care whatsoever as long as they get their money.
