This is the documentation collecting in Google Order and FedEx tracking in reverse chronological order with my phone call logs interspersed:
June 20 - Again phoned 352 563-5400 (her name is DragonFly) and she once again says she'll have her manager issue the credit and call with confirmation. Issuing this report so that others don't suffer the same experience.
Jun 19-Sent Internet Product Sales an email: "Google is asking about my buying experience with you "so that others can learn from my experience" with you as a vendor. Since I have been waiting for a credit due to cancellation of my order (placed June 2, cancelled June 9, BEFORE you shipped it June 12th..."
June 18 - Again phoned 352 563-5400 (her name is DragonFly) and she once again says she'll have her manager issue the credit and call with confirmation. No response; no credit.
Jun 16,17- Telephoned 352 563-5400 and she keeps saying she'll talk to her manager (manager's name is LadyBug) about the credit. No one returns my calls. Asked her to stop the FedEx process and she said she would.
June 12- FedEx tracking # says they finally shipped the product (AFTER I had cancelled).
Jun 9- Sent Internet Product Sales email: I'd like to cancel my order; Message: "Please confirm the cancellation of my order as we discussed this morning. Thank you" I also followed up with a phone call that I needed to cancel the order as it needed to arrive by a certain date and it had not been sent yet (and must ship by ground). They verbally confirmed the order had not shipped and they would cancel.
Jun 8-Called 352 563-5400 and told them FedEx did not have the package. They said they were switching over to UPS and had printed new UPS paperwork. Said it would ship that day.
Jun 8-Sent Internet Product Sales an email: What is the status of my order? Called FedEx (and checked automated tracking) and they do NOT have the pkg. Message: "Can you confirm shipment and estimated arrival date of this order? FedEx says they do not have the package..."
Jun 3-Internet Product Sales says they shipped order. FedEx tracking # given.
Jun 3-Internet Product Sales charged VISA "GOOGLE *H2o2 4 Health" will appear on credit card statement.
Jun 2-Internet Product Sales received order.
Jun 2-Placed an order with Internet Product Sales. Google Checkout sent a copy of receipt via email.
