I ordered the quick start program they charged me the $6.95 shipping charge. I knew I didn't want on the program. They have a personal online support program to help you with your diet and they charge you $19.95 but they have a page where you can cancel if you don't want it and you have to cancel it before 14 days or you won't get your 19.95 back.
So the next day I sent in the cancelation notice and later that nite I forgot I sent one so I sent another one. But when I checked on my bank statement about a week or so later and they took 19.95 out of my checking acc. So I sent them a email about the cancelation I had already sent so they sent me an email back saying to attach the email I sent them. So I did and they sent me one back telling me to attach the email not paste it.
I don't know what they ment so I sent about 3 or 4 different ones that I wrote them and they keep telling me to just attach the letters. It's like they're just trying to jerk me. I even told them I was going to report them to aol, the BBB and my attorney. And they keep sending me the same old junk and I'm getting real tired of them.
I told them I needed to cancel and get my money back because I'm on a limited income and thats why I didn't want the personal online supp. Program and I just wanted the pills. So when I was ready to diet I'd have some pills to help me. I'm afraid they will take more money from me. How can I stop them and get back my 19.95? I need that money!!!
