Charge your card doesn't ship product I left message in VM to pursuit legal action. Finally received product and it's not what I've ordered, tried to contact them and won't return phone calls nor emails

My husband's employer sent us a monogramed baby blanket for our twin girl and forgot to send one for our twin boy. So I've decided to order one for him. The order was placed on 9-19-08, the website states processing and shipping will take 2-3 business days. I've waited for over a week and the package never came so I've emailed them and called 3-4 times and left them voicemails to return my call or email. But they never responded. No matter what time of the day I called and by selecting all 3 choices given on the automated line, it all goes to the voicemail.

Finally, I've called them once more and left a message stating that I will pursuit legal action since I was not able to reach them all this time and that they have charged the amount on my credit card and product was never delivered. The same evening, I got an email from them stating that status of the product has been shipped. From the day I made the order, the email that was sent to me from personalizedforbaby.com did not provide shipping status; all this time the shipping status was left blank.

Apparently my husband's employer still ended up ordering a blanket for my son (white trim), the style was completely different than the one that was purchased for my daughter (without white trim). The one I've ordered is supposedly (without white trim) and finally when I received the package, the style of the blanket (white trim) was identical to the one given by the employer. Not only was I disappointed at their service of not ever calling back, I was furious that they even messed up on my order. I went ahead and emailed followed by a phone message left for their customer service department, as expected I have not heard from them.

This has been the worst online shopping experience ever. If you were to read about my recent experience with personalizedforbaby.com, Do Not Order Anything from them as you will soon regret and go through similar experience like mine.
