Ripoff dishonest fraudulent good for nothing POS

I have had this phone since July. Got it at the nearest wal-mart. 1st big mistake but as a single mom the deal was good. Thats where the drama starts...
I get the phone cause they told me i would have reception where i live. Haha i had 30 days to like the phone or give it up the phone kept going out would not work. Send it back get a new one 3 times then it was the towers that went out. Or customer service is having problems with this thing and that next due to hurricanes and this disaster and that one. Ok understand.

30 days is up still no luck they cant fix the problem 3 phones later 2 batterys 2 sim cards and a charger later. Still cant fix it, ok so i want outta the contract. Ok well it will be 200$. For early termination fee. WHAT?

When i got the phone i was told it works the the town i live in it does not. Im luck to get one bar.

I was told i was on a smart access account. Up to 150.00 i go over phone gets shut off. Ok i understand im at 142.00 phone is shut off. Due to the jerk at the T-Mobile store telling me that i could make a minimum payment of 76.00 and i was good for the month. Wrong 15 days later they call and say im scheduled for shut off. Made arrangements with customer care to give me a week they said ok. Left it on 2 days thats right promised a week even in the puter shut off would be dec. 24 its the 19th now.

I cant make calls only receive them so much for the smart access account. Receive calls i dont even get reception to get the calls. Customer service. Well this round when i called i talked to 5 people they did now know where to send me too. Then them telling me if i would of paid my bill it would not of been scheduled for shut off. I did Nov. 28 paid minimum balance of what the guy told me 76$

Ok you know what just shut me off turn the account off i dont want this crappy service the rude people telling me its my fault that the phone dont work that i have no reception and im in a contract. You want out we will need to bill a credit card over the phone for 200.00. I am sure we all have that money on top of paying them 200.00 for the wonderful service.

Lie to me about the coverage, why my phone dont work, payment arrangement, smart access account, what is next?

Do not get a t-mobile phone unless you are into drama!!
