I recently switched over to T-Mobile because they have very good reception in my area I ordered 2 phones and paid with my Bank Of America CC the total was $170.56 no problem, I recieved the phones and have been using them for 2 months this morning I go to use my phone and it wont work so I call them on my T-Mobile that I bought and paid for and they said they had no record of me paying for the phones so they shut them off and to turn them back on I would have to pay $170.56 so after 2 hrs on the phone and online pulling up my CC statement giving them the auth and ref #'s which is how I have always tracked a payment they agreed to turn them back on but withing 30 days I need to prove to them that I paid for the phone (keep in mind I have been paying a bill with them for 2 months) why should I have to take time out of my day to fix their problem all I did was buy the phones and now I may have to pay for them twice, I dont think so.
