LAST Christmas I ordered $123 dollars of merchandise from Hot Topic online because they said that they offered to get your order to you by Christmas if you ordered by the deadline or you get "your entire order free"
I never got my order and not only that but I didn't get a refund until July. They had sent my order to someone with a silmilarly spelled name in another state. I was angrily told by a hot topic representative that; "for future references, YOUR name is spelled
