During the process of ATT changing to Cingular Wireless I overpaid my account by $176.10. I contacted Cingular a number of times to determine how I could receive a refund. I was eventually issued a refund reference number and was told I would be issued a check by 16 September. On 17 September I called to confirm the refund was issued only to be told they decided I was not due the refund an refused to pay.
I have waited patiently for 3 months for this refund and once they decided not to pay this, did not call, write or contact me any other way to even address the problem.
I am totally disgusted with the company and would strongly discourage anybody from entering into a company that does not deal with you honestly.
