Misrepresented company and policies ripoff

From the outside and inside of this store it appears to be a cingular wireless store. There is no indication otherwise unless you have been to a real cingular store, they are nicer, cleaner and friendlier. The signs everywhere say cingular wireless and you cant see affordable portables anywhere.

I was quoted a price on a new cell phone, as I lost mine. It seemed high but I asked him if all cingular stores had the same prices and policies. Luciano Carrillo, the sales guy, confirmed this. He then looked up my acct. Giving me no reason to believe I wasnt at cingular wireless.

I then paid for my phone of 269.99 for a razr and 25.00 for a new sim card. I purchased it on 7/20/06. I asked if I could upgrade or recieve any discounts. This is the best I would receive at any cingular store he confirms me.

I then had a broken phone on my hands and went to a cingular headquartes store they informed me I was taken. It should only be 50.00. And no charge for the sim card and they would return my phone no problem, except they had no records of my phone because I bought it at a non cingular store, I had no idea.

Now I proceed back to the store where I bought it and all sales are finall and they wont do a refund at all. I asked luciano where the name of the store was because I could only see cingular everywhere. He stated in the corner. I never did see the sign. He told me the store is cingular again.

I then looked at my receipt which is electronically signed from the credit slip I signed and there it says affordable portables.

Cingular has the best policies with returns and affordable portables is misleading and wont bend at all. They wont return a broken phone, I have had for 13 days, when the store I thought i was at would.

I want a refund so I can go by my phone at cingular wireless!

They owe me 317.85 and i will gladly return the broken phone

I then contacted cingular again and the associate at cingular wireless, new exactly what I was mad about and stated that this store also sells old phones as new phones, so I dont know what I purchased from this misleading company!
