I recently tried to have my telephone turned off because it was lost or stolen. What a surprise I got when I was denied access to my account because I don't know the security password for my account. It seems that someone whose name DOES NOT appear anywhere on my account has been allowed to get into my account and put a password in that I had no knowledge of.
And to add insult to injury, I gave them all the information they asked for, except the password, and they refuse to allow me access to MY account.in the mean time, whoever has MY phone, can use it ALL THEY WANT!
I think Cricket should change their policies or way of doing business and not allow someone whose name is not on an account to CHANGE or PLACE RESTRICTIONS on someone elses account.
