I'm writing from Italy, back in 1st december I placed an order on the internet with Recce Gear for a couple of military pouches. I paid him $100.00 with PayPal, but since then I have never received anything. I sent him several other e-mails, he only replied once (after months) saying that he had been busy and had problem with his e-mail, but assured me that he would have sent the pouches asap. But again NOTHING. I have not heard from him again (since 23 march). After march I have sent anothe 5 emails but with no reply.
Can you help at all???
