I purchased an account in EVE-Online with these guys. Took a little while to get it but I did get what I paid for, (nothing to complain about there) The issue is that someone within Gamepal changed my password while I was playing the game (disconnected me)
I have yet to be able to log in. It's been over a month now of e-mailing them every day asking them to do something about it. I get a new support staff every day that is no help at all. They keep telling me they are talking with CCP to resolve this issue? But they wont tell me what the "issue" is.
All I know is that I paid for an account and now I can't access it, and that they had the ability to change the passwords at will.
Sure! Shit happens, but why was someone taking the time to change my password if there was no malicious intent to begin with? It takes quite a bit of effort to change a password and it was no mistake by any means.
I can see it now. They will reply with something like "CCP" has banned your account blah blah blah. And they get to keep it and re-sell it to someone else.
