Bulletproof protection and security designed to keep me out of accessing my own mortgage account. I called customer service, 20 minutes later the password is reset, I go online use the new password. I am directed to a password change setup page to setup new password. Although password makeup is insane (7-14 characters must have at least one number and one letter, no special characters no repeating characters) once I get thru that page it asks me for an access pin number. I don't even know when that was set up or if it was or if they want the last 4 of my social like customer service did. Usually from here it goes to the special question area or most times it simply puts me in a circular login loop of new password, login with new password, create new password...

Why such security! I mean I expect a simple login password.

What exactly would happen if someone were to wrongfully access my account anyway! I mean really whats the worst they can do? Tell the world that I have a mortgage in X number of dollars and live at such and such address.

Just tried the link that they emailed me to help me login it took me to a page asking for my password (did the password reset work, is it new password or old?) used the new password. Entered all new questions and answers it takes them says click hear to login takes me to the welcome/login page. Enter information. AND IT takes me to a blank page with only the text: your credentials are not valid, please contact your security administrator or help desk!
