This organization is a big joke and rip off. The cost is $298.00; They took my money on May 2, said that it would take 14 days to received my package; on May 23 I had not received my package so I called them. I was told that shipping would take 21 days, then they could not locate my order.
When I told them I wanted my money back they told me they found my order but it was never sent, didnt know why. I demaned my money back. I was told that they could not reverse and credit my account electronically, which would be the exact reverse fo the way they received their money; No, I had to wait for a mailed check. They offer the product again, even to overnight it, I said you can overnight my refund, not the package.
On or about June 9, still no money, (no package either), I called again, asked for my money, same thing, not sent, cant return money, dont know what happened. June 22, still no money. Called again. This time I spoke with a supervisor, supposedly, he L A U G H E D at me for asking for my money back after their 30 day money back guarantee. I demanded my money. They offer the package again. Again, I said send me my money overnight.
The next day, I got the package! I immediately sent it back with a note and a phone call demanding my money. July 7th, no money. I called they said it would be mailed and should be received no later that July 31. August 10th, No money, no note, nothing.
I called. This time I told them after a lengthy explaination of the horror I had already suffered that I have been instructed by my attorney that if I did not have my refund check received by August 31st, that they would sued for 31/2 times the cost of the package. Guess what I got electronically deposited to my account in 2 days. Finally, my refund.
Order on May 2, promised a 30 day refund, received a package when I requested my refund 4 or 5 times, and was lied to about how the refund could take place; via check or electronically transfer, and this only took almost 4 months. I thought there was only a maximum of 31 days in some months never did I think I was over 90 days for a 30 day refund.
I hope no one is going to be a naive as myself and by from USA Government Grants!!! They will not hold up to their end of the aggreement no matter what you say.
