Ripoff I had not even received my package and 59.95 and 99.95 was taken out of my account when I called to speak with them they were very rude consumer fraud

I had not even received my package when i found out they had taken 59.95 and 99.95 out of my account. When i called the lady i spoke with told me it was not their fault that my package was not delivered before they took my money.

I have been dealing with these people since june 11. I sent back my package the same day which cost me 18.00 for overnight delivery. I checked the post office and it was delivered on the 12th corporate i was told did not receive it until june 28th. I was told my refund would be in 14 days.

I am still waiting. I spoke with escalations dept. Last week and he told me it would be 5to 7 more days, still not there. I continue to call these ripoffs every day. Is there anything else i can do? The date is august 27.
