As with similar reports of this company, I too fell for their offer. I supplied them with my account number and they took out the money. After that I looked them up on the computer and found out they were scamming people. I called them up demanding they refund my money. They said I paid for them to provide a service and I replied by saying I no longer wanted their service. They said that I had to follow the steps in their package they sent to get a refund.
I received the package in about 3 weeks and going through it, the way their refund policy worked was that I needed to submit a letter asking to stop their service and return the package intact all within 3 business days from receiving the package. I did all that and sent the letter and package with confirmation. I called 8 days later and they said to call back in another week since they just received my things. I called back and the man I spoke to said the funds would be deposited in by the 7th of July and no later than the 14th of July.
I tried calling them and all the numbers I have cannot get through to them. I called one of the numbers and it said the Nextel number was no longer in service. So I called Nextel since I have my service through them and they said the service was either suspended or turned off. I have no idea if I'll ever get my money but did everything they specified to do. Probably surprised them that I did.
