On March 11 I received a call from a salesperson offering a 7 day trial on movie passes with coupons for free merchandise.

I gave them check information a approval for a one time draft for$3.95. I was to receive the information package within 10 to 14 days. A supervisor came on the line to confirm all the information, Jack Dollson.

He gave me a tracking number 11603944. Two weeks passed and I notice on my bank statement that $119.90 had been taken from my account. I immediately called the customer service no. (1-800-357-9145) I explained that I had not received any package from them, but they had withdrawn monies from my account.

I told them to cancel everything and refund the money to my account. I was told that I had to sign and return a check authorization form and within 14 days I would get a refund check. I received the form 2 weeks later, I signed and mailed the form back to the company

I called on April 14, May 25 and June 17 and each time I was told the the home office had received the form but had not issued a check for my refund. I was also told that they would put in a urgency report to the home office to see why my check had not been released. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that I couldn't and that the urgence report would be filed and I could call back. It is now July 18 and I have not recieved my refund check for the $119.90.

Please help me get my money back.
