Ordered generic viagra... Apparently, their "number one" most requested product. Gave them my VISA debit card in the order... $279 was taken from my checking out next day... They state delivery could take as long as 21 business days... Next day after placing order, received a confirmation EMAIL stating ETA on package would be (21 businiess days)... Date came and went - NO PACKAGE... Called and was politely asked to wait 4 more days... No package... Called and was asked again to wait a few days... No package... Called again... They said they would re-ship or issue a refund... I said I wanted a refund... They told me i would see it credited within 3 business days... No refund... Called them... They said they had "just changed merchant accounts" and there was a slight delay... Politely asked if could wait for more days... No refund... Called and they gave me same story..."I assure you you will have your money in a few days... As of this report, I was "assured" of a refund 30 days now. They are internet based and out of the country... There is NO recourse for getting the money back... It was not a traditional VISA charge card. It was a checking account debit card... I am screwed out of $279 basically... Dont let it happen to you!!!
