I was presently with a phone co. Name excel. I recieve a phone call on april the 7 saying that my co was no longer and that excel was switching me over to acn. Of course I said ok. I had to talk to another person which then we were on 3 way.
I receive a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe excel 75.14 I call excel and they said they weren't going out of bussiness but I had to pay the amount or it would get turn over to the credit bureau.
I had sent the 75.00 to acn because I thought it was a automated switch. Now between april 7 and now I owe acn a hunderd and fifty something dollars and owe excel 75.00. I ask excel could I switch back to them and they said they wasn't taking new customer she also said that representive will call your house and pretend that your co is going out of bussiness and thats how they got me.
I was perfectly fine with excel. Can you please help because I feel that I was fool into switching phone co. I talk to the supervisor of acn and she told me that all she can do was to put a note in my record that the representive didn't ask if I wanted to switch co. So what can I do to resolve this matter.
