My telephone company has not allowed use of the excel communications long distance card for over 2 and a half years, yet Excel has charged me a monthly charge the entire time. My telephone company verified that they sent an electronic message to excel to stop service back in but I have been charged without my knowledge for a little over 2 years. When I contacted Excel they said they would only refund 90 days worth of charges since they have a policy that the customer must dispute charges within 90 days.
