James must have moved. Probably ripped too many off where he lived and had his kennel in Holcomb and Gardencity, Ks.
I know exactly, what Debbie means about James, really talks good when he is trying to sell you a dog and gets the money, then suddenly, everything slows down. Then once he makes the sell, usually He avoids all your calls and he doesn't e-mail you back or call you back.
I noticed I couldn't open up his website anymore. He must have changed that also.
I got a female Named Flamy from James Albers in she was suppose to be registered and have a BH. I was suppose to have a 1 day learning period with her. When I finally got the dog, He was here about an hour telling me what she is suppose to know.
Well, He never had her papers as he said He did, said His wife didn't put them in his suitcase, said they would send them when he got home. Never saw the papers, the dog was gun shy, torn up a chain link kennel to get out while we were in the pasture target practicing, weren't even close to the dog. She was too young to have a BH.
We finally got her caught and had to lock her in a horse trailor, that she couldn't tear up to get out! James avoided me for awhile. Then he found a dog and I went to see her and take Flamy back in Garden City,
The Dog I saw I Liked, and I gave Flamy back and Got the new female, I asked James if THe new female was pg. He said no. She had come in heat in September and "she" had gotten in with his male and got bred, but his vet supposedly said she wasn't pg. (Looked PG to me).
Took forever to get her papers in my name, in the mean time, 3 weeks after I brought her home, she whelped 5 puppies. I contacted James, he said I could keep one or two (could have kepted them all) or he would sell the puppies and pay me the price of one for raising them., I met him at Wichita, ks with the puppies, He didn't have any money for me, so I made him write out an IOU and sign it. He did.
He sold all the puppies as the O litter, Omega, Odet, some others, in January- March. Never saw a cent. Never answers e-mails or phone calls—totally avoids me. Took him to court and he failed to apprear or even respond. I won, but have yet to see a cent. HE MOVED, GO FIGURE.
James also Bred my female on purpose and tried to get puppies from her before he replaced my worthless female. I guess it worked out for him. He never filled out papers for that litter to be registered as he said he would, so any one who bought one of those puppies will never get their papers. I feel for anyone who trusts him for a dog.
DON'T SEND HIM ANY MONEY DOWN UNLESS HE ALREADY HAS THE DOG IN HIS KENNEL AND YOU CAN SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!!! THIS sure makes me leary about sending money down for a dog. James just packs up and moves when he gets caught up with. Spread the word, save others form this type of business dealings.
