True Logic sent us a collection notice for an outstanding debt owed to Excel Local/Long Distance on behalf of Midland Funding, LLC. The amount owed was $324.71.
Excel stopped doing bussiness in our area in and we switched to SBC. We left Excel in good standing, as their customer service rep helped us switch and helped us take the phone number to SBC, which we still have in service.
True Logic has repeatedly call and left messages about "an important bussiness matter". And wen I did talk to them about the letter, I was openly threatened withnegative statements to the three credit reporting agencies.
I'm currently waiting for a response from my lawyer as to what actions should be taken.
