I went onto Handango to purchase a game for my cellular phone. I did not receive the game on my cell phone, so I lodged a complaint. My first complaint was not ansered at all, so I lodged a second complaint. Several days later I received an unhelpful response, asking me for more information, which I porvided.
Several more days later I received another response. This time the hyperlink to download the game was delivered to my phone. The link, however, stated that the file could not be located. I wrote back to customer service, explaining the situation.
The next day I received an email stating that they could not refund me and could not resend the product. They stated that I would need to request a refund from the phone company instead.
I find that these practices are ridiculous. There is no reason that they shouldn't be able to refund me, especially since they weren't too aprehensive to take my money. They are unreliable, unhelpful, frustrating and incredibly inconvenient.
