In September I ordered a few games from Handango on my cell phone, I waited for them they never came so I figured that the order did not go through, a week later I get my cell phone bill and the games were on there and I was charged, when I approached AT&T wireless of this issue they said I needed to contact the provider of these games (Handango). I called and sent emails, the phone call the CSR told me that Im pretty much out of luck-Why would I be out of luck if they never sent me the games?
So I tried email, they told me I needed to respond within 48 hours or they would disregard my problem, I responded within 5 minutes of the email never got a response, I followed up and was told I needed to respond within 48 hours-I believe 5 minutes is in that time frame. So I started sending them emails everyday no response. I spoke with a few of my friends and they were ripped off as well, not by other providers, only Handango who did not send them thier games but were charged on thier bill.
