Failed to correct corrupt game and deliver paid content

I have a general customer service complaint against Glu Mobile concerning two of their games. I first installed and was using their "Stardom" game on my Android device. I got through 8 levels of their game, ordering some additional in game points for $4.99. At the point of reaching level 8, their game ceased to function. Due to a bug in their game for mine and a few other devices, I lost all saved data in the game and had to start over. This time, I didn't spend any money, got to the same place and the game ceased to work again. I contacted customer service who told me to attempt some troubleshooting steps, which did not work. I asked them to refund my money for the purchase, which they responded stated that they would not do. The second game is called "Blood & Glory". I again ordered some in game points to help progress through the game. I placed an order for $1.99 and Glu never delivered the points. When I contacted them, they said to make sure I'm connected to Wi-Fi and the points would come across. This has not corrected anything. I've asked them to refund both orders which they refuse to do. They've insisted on "escalating" the issue, which hasn't gotten anywhere. I just want to be done with this company and want my money back.
