I purchased in game content for Small Street and I never received them. I've filled out all the information that I needed to and followed all the procedures that they told me to and I still have not received my in game points.
It's a little annoying because they don't want to refund money by hiding behind a clause stating their is a no refund policy even if there is a glitch.
To me it means that even if you don't receive the product they get to keep your money. How is that legal?
