Complaint / review text:
I am a first time customer to pcgamesupply.com I purchased a pc game from their website last night. After a few minutes i received a phone call to verify the transaction for the game and was sent a link to which i was meant to download from. Before i ended the call i asked the agent how long would this take as the game was 24gs, i was told not to worry than it would only take 10minutes and i wouldnt be charged till i had received the complete game. I continued to click the link to begin my download but the speeds were extremely so, so slow in fact that the timer was estimating over 26hours to completed. I imminently went to there so called 24 7 support that has no contact number only an email to post my problem. I received an email to tell me the matter was being looked into so i waited continuing the download.
Several hours later the download froze and was asked to start again. I tried to download it again but it froze after 2hours. I again contacted there support line and had to bombard them with emails to get a response and all i received was an email stating the matter was being dealt with. I waited and still didnt get a response, so i emailed again
to cancel the order as i could not receive the item i had paid for. I then received another email stating from them if i would like to cancel my order to click the link and it would be cancelled. I done this but after checking my PayPal account they had still charged me over 50dollars. I am now in the process of trying to get them to refund me but i feel I am wasting my time. This company are ripping people off their customer service is non-existent and they need to be stopped.
