Gottaplay first told me they did not receive a game, and took $50.00 out of my account. I filed a mail theft report, then they stated they received the game, but never gave me a refund. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and Gottaplay sent them an email that they were sending me a refund, but never did. The BBB closed the case, unresolved. All I want is my $50.00 refund. It is not a lot of money, but I don't feel they should get away with not giving me my refund. And they may do it to others also.
