Ripoff Return Exchange Policy With No Receipts

I was given many gifts for my premature infant, after he came home from being in the hospital almost 2 months, that would not fit him or he could not use due to his size and/or condidtion. Being that he was born early, I was not able to have a baby shower so the gifts have all come at different times.

As I was not aware of the Return/Exchange policy of WalMart, I was told that I had reached my limit and that they would not exchange any more of the gifts my son receives. I did tell them of my situation and told them that I know I would be receiving other things and would most likely bring things back for an exchange. To no avail the CSM kept stating I could not get a gift card or exchange without a receipt and that I should ask individuals for receipts upon receiving a gift. This however is ridiculas. I refuse to ask for a receipt and make someone feel like their gift was not worthy to be received.

If WALMART is so hung up on this crazy exhange policy they should give GIFT Receipts. I spend thousands of dollars at Walmart and at Sams club. And in my time of hardship with my son, they should be a little more understanding. This really discuses me and many other people. WalMart is becoming a ripoff.
