I am very irritated with Walmart and all the changes they make without informing you of them. I recently had a baby and for my baby shower I got numerous different packages of diapers and wipes, as most people do. Well not knowing that my child was going to have extremely sensitve skin and could only use one type of diapers and one type of wipes, I had a dilemma on my hands. No I did not recieve a receipt for the 20 packages of diapers I recieved. I began taking them to walmart and EXCHANGING them for the proper ones, which they had no complaint about. Nothing was ever said to me about doing this, until I went to do this a few days ago and they informed me you can only exchange/return 3 times in a 6 month period with out a reciept. Since this was my 4th time they were going to be "nice" and allow me to do this one last time, but for the next 6 months I could not return/exchange anything w/out a reciept.
So now I am stuck with all these diapers my child cannot wear and having to purchase the diapers he can wear. I would understand if I was constantly exchanging/return all sorts of items, but seriously when I have my infant child with me and all I am doing is switching the diapers out does it truly have to be such a big deal. Also if I would have been informed of this policy like when I did it the third time or even been told after the second I could only do this once more I could have taken all the diapers at once and just recieved money for them. Which I could have used now since I have to purchase all the diapers while I have stacks of them I can do nothing with.
