I spend a large amount of $ at walmart every week. This results in large receipts that are often illegilbe. If I had a small item to return, I would not bother getting the receipt (unless it was readily available) and take a gift card. 3 weeks ago I went to return a $10.00 xmas gift ans was told I had three prior returns w/o a receipt. I was also told I could not do this again for ONE YEAR! When I callled the central office they said the policy was 45 days. They said this was printed on the website. I called my local stores and they all said one year. I have called customer service SIX times and have yet to get a call back from a supervisor. What kind of run around is this???
