I saw a charge of 14.95 on my credit card this month from AP9 GalleriaUSA, and "googled" it to see what it was. I saw this website and looked at other bills. Sure enough, I had been charged this for three months, but didn't notice because the charges started around Christmas time when I was making a bunch of Christmas purchases, so I just paid without investigating. I called my credit card company and they connected me with galleria usa, who claimed I had authorized this service via the phone in October and could have called to cancel it if I wasn't happy. He swore up and down that someone had authorized it and I told him he was WRONG. He said "So, if I review the tapes they aren't going to have someone authorizing this?" I said "NO THEY ARE NOT!" He told me he'd cancel my account and because there was little activity on it, he could refund the last month (but not the others). I said "Little activity... There is NO activity. I have never used your service and don't even know what it is." He told me I'd receive a credit in 3 buisiness days, so we'll see. I want all my money back and will have to take it up with Discover.
