Ripoff Charged my account without me knowing, and didn't give me a refund for certain charges Internet

I have been ripped off by BusinessMax and GalleriaUSA.

They told me that they are only able to refund me the fee of the month that I cancelled in.

These Charges and membership where given to me without my knowledge at all. I looked at my bank statement this month and found that I was being charged $9.95

How can I get all my money back for the months that I was charged?
