On Feb 25 I checked my bank account and found two charges on there, one from GalleriaUSA and the other from SimplyYou.
The charges were each for 14.95 and I knew I had not authorized this charge because I had not used my card in almost 3 weeks.
The same day I called both companies who told me after a big fit that the money would be back in my account in 2 business days, I waited three and still nothing. I went to the bank to dispute these charges and it felt like I got the run-around.
On March 3 I called GalleriaUSA and SimplyYou again when the funds were still not in my account and they again told me 3 business days and apologized. Iam still waiting to find out but Im almost sure it wont be in there.
If you find charges on your account that you did not authorze do not hesitate contact your bank as soon as you find the problem. BE PERSISTENT because people dont always want to give you YOUR money back. Be knowledgeable when you do whatever you do, it scares people.
