I have a 2 year contract with cingular. My cell phone is broken and has been broken 3 times. The last time they state they don't work on this phone any more and they will not replace it with another phone equal to the phone i have. The only way is for me to upgrade and sign a new 2 year contract. My contract is up in 7/05.
If i upgrade it is at least 200.00 and i don't feel i need to do this. I am paying 50.00 a month for this phone i can't use. Cingular states it will only replace the phone up to 1 year, but they make you sign a 2 year contract.
I just don't feel this is a good customer practice and is a fair one..
If you could advise me of any recourse with this company.
