Has anyone tried to replace an AT&T phone yet??? Even though I am contracted to AT&T (which is now Cingular) I cannot replace my cellphone unless I START A NEW CONTRACT with Cingular! So, for the next year, unless of course i want a steep penalty, i am stuck with a phone that needs help and a contract that is worthless to me as i cannot get any of the service i paid for in this regard! Highway robbery indeed. Anyone interested in a class-action on this ripoff can count me in!
