I know this complaint has already been filed by others but I, too, am in a similar situation.
I am in a 2 year contract with AT&T Wireless. When they were purchased by Cingular, my plan didn't change and I didn't "upgrade" to the Cingular network so I currently have an at&t family shared plans with two AT&T phones. I understand that my contract is not up until February but I just contacted them to get a copy of my contract and was told they can't send me one because they do not have signed copies from me. I'm assuming they have a verbal acceptance of the terms but I am a little confused as to how that can hold up. They want me to visit a Cingular store to sign the papers but I'd like out of the contract.in fact, the reason I wanted a copy of my agreement was so that I can find out what the early termination fee is that I accepted.
Any help would be great.
