We booked an installation throu Sears for our new dishwasher. The day before installation we received a call to say he would be there between 8 and 1. We waited in and no sign of him, we phoned 4 times during the day to be toldhe was on his way. He never showed. We rebooked it for the next Saturday again he phoned on the Friday to confirm, however we decided to call in just to check. Lo and behold we where then told " actually we don't install on Saturdays". So why did you book it for 2 Saturdays on the trot and make me wait in if you don't actually install on Saturdays. I think this is appalling customer service from Sears, however reading loads of other complaints it seems normal practice from this company and they even ignore customer complaints too. Well I want compensation for loosing all that time waiting in and the fact we had to book a different company to install. I will never set foot in one of their stores ever again u til it is rectified.
