Purchased dishwasher. Picked it up since we own a truck and live close. Decided to support our local plumber and had him install the dishwasher. AT NO TIME did the sale rep tell us that if we did not use Sears to install it we would be screwing ourselves. Well on first use the spinning sprayer blew apart fell down into the heating coils and melted. Let me tell u that melted plastic sticks. Everything in the dishwasher and the entire house. Had to toss what was plastic in the dishwasher. Called. They will replace the dishwasher but I need to deliver broken one, pick up new one and pay to reinstall item. I already payed $150 to have it installed. Customer service-waste of time. This is my last purchase at sears. Cancelling Credit card too.
