My Samsung dishwasher gave off an "OE" error and would no longer run. I purchased the item from Sears in July of 2012 for about $1,000 out the door. I called Sears and my service appointment was scheduled for 8:00am to 12:00pm on 12/31/13. The item was no longer under warranty. I called Sears all day long and never received a call from the technician (ID #0025239). I spoke with several people who were no doubt outside of the U.S. I was conned into spending $250 for an extended warranty on my Samsung dishwasher, which conked out only 1 1/2 years after installation. So here I am, with a broken dishwasher and a wasted day off of work waiting at home with no call and no show. This is unbelievable that Sears allows this to occur and no one can help me. I truly feel the $250 should be refunded and the dishwasher fixed at no charge to compensate me for my lost wages.
