As fedex came to deliver my packet, I was not at home. Then they kept my packet in their warehouse which is located very far away from the downtown. I was working and could not picked up for the next 4 days. But I have emailed and phoned them saying that I would pick up my packet as soon as I could. They did not tell me that packet would be destroyed if in 5 days it was not picked up. They just said that I could pick up my packet in their warehouse. When I arrived, the worker did not get any message about my packet and said that the packet was destroyed that morning. I complained per email but they just apologized and did nothing. I dont need your apology, i need my money back!!!
