I recieved my phone bill and noticed there were 2 long distant phone calls made on 12/21/04 to Israel, the first call made at 9:10am and the second call made at 10:02pm.
I do not know anyone in Israel and the calls are being billed to me through a company called NAVICOMM LTD.
I have never heard of this company before and I have been calling the phone number #1-888-478-8724 and it either rings and no one answers or it has a busy signal.
I have not been able to get through to this place, where ever this place is?
I have called my regular phone company SBC and the person in the customer service department has never heard of them either.
I have heard of other problems with customers getting charged with long distant phone calls as well.
There has got to be a way to stop this from happening, and it is so frustrating.
There is no web address and no other address for this company.
