Ripoff— Billed for call to Israel at 1:42 am $8.41 no long distance on our phone, know no one in Israel Nationwide

I was trying to find out information on USBI or Navicomm Ltd. When I stumbled accross this site. I have also been charged for a call to Israel and I don't have long distance service on my phone. I prepaid Verizon for one year of service. Now I find charges that I know for a fact I had nothing to do with. This makes me very angry because Verizon has paid them already with the money that I sent them that was supposed to be for 1 years service. Now I have to try to get my money back from USBI. It is the weekend so noone is available through customer service to aid me. Thanx for a place to vent my frustrations at least. Lol
